Brief Answers To The Big Questions Review

Reading Time: 2min 50sec

Today we're going to flash on a special book, "Brief Answers To The Big Questions". The World famous cosmologist had spent a long duration to decorate its contents. Besides this, Stephen Hawking wrote many books that help to grow our concept about Cosmology such as "The Grand Design", "A Brief History of Time", "The Theory of Everything", "Black Holes: The Reith Lectures". Well, among these I personally like to recommend "The Grand Design", "A Brief History of Time". These are such outstanding scientific books for the beginners, I have ever read. The basic thing of Stephen Hawking's book is his writing skill. No matter how tough the topic is, he describes always in such a way that everyone understands without missing a single word. David Aaronovitch once said, "The new Hawking... His writing is luminous. By that time I had finished reading I was in serious awe."

CONTENTS

Sir Stephen Hawking has merged the contents panel with some common questions which easily come in our mind. But no one has been able to hurl the perfect answers until this man presented a clear sketch. In a word, this book has been shaped with ten big questions.

01. Is there a God?
02. How did it all begin?
03. Is there other intelligent life in the universe?
04. Can we predict the future?
05. What is inside a black hole?
06. Is time travel possible?
07. Will we survive on Earth?
08. Should we colonize space?
09. Will artificial intelligence outsmart us?
10. How do we shape the future?

Stephen Hawking has sent a future message through his book. This book is enough to get the basic concept of the human race in the future. One more special thing is people need not have any special scientific knowledge to understand the words. If you are really interested, so give it a read as soon as possible. He is known as a brilliant theoretical physicist, but he is also a good philosopher. While reading this book how he has put his contribution to think about this reality and also our life. "Human-race"- mostly we use this to emphasize the race between mankind and time. Or it's like "What will be our future" etc. But, we forget that we have a 'Present' too in our life. In this century people are forgetting how to survive or how to win though we are going through a luxurious life. Yes, that's the point. Sometimes he has supplied the strength to fit and grow our mind.  Such as his last stanza in "How do we shape the future?", he has written: "So remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don't  just give up."
"What will be our future", Sir Hawking gave some ideas in the part― 'Will we survive on earth?'. Here he started with a quote delivered by Robert Oppenheimer. There Mr. Robert reminded a line from the Bhagavad-Gita― "Now, I am become Death,  the destroyer of worlds".
